u have to enable dep
ur DEP is off u need to turn it on - https://www.online-tech-tips.com/windows-xp/disable-turn-off-dep-windows/
or try this cmd command promote easy link
type cmd in window search bar run it as admin
and paste this -
bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOn
press enter
now u can play CSGO
